01.02.2010 Important changes in the filling in of the Intrastat statistical declaration starting with reference month January 2010 required by the new legislation in the field of intra-Community trade statistics Intrastat (see Handbook for Intrastat data providers - part I, chapter 10.1 - European legislation): The Nature of transaction Nomenclatures have been changed, as for 2010 came into force a new versions of its (see Annex 3 - "Nature of transaction codes" in the Handbook for Intrastat data providers - part I). The list of goods excluded from statistics relating to the trading of goods between EU Member States has changes (see Table 1 of The Filling in Standards of the Intrastat Statistical Declaration) The Principle of reporting statistical data on vessels and aircraft has been changed (see Handbook for Intrastat data providers - part II, chapter 3.2.3 "Vessels and aircrafts").
